ABOUT US
Banana Dance Studios in the town of Santa Eulalia, on the east coast of the island of Ibiza first opened in February 2011.
At Banana Dance Studios we believe that all people should be able to enjoy dance regardless of age or skill! In our studies, we offer practical and theoretical classes of different genres of dance at different levels and we are willing to explain and advise our clients as to the type that can best adapt to them.
Our clients range from 3 to 70 years old, and they all tone their bodies in the most fun way, to the rhythm of the music! Our facilities include 3 large studios, 3 bathrooms with shower, reception / waiting room, bottles of water to purchase, dance clothes to pre order/sell.
All our classes are taught by highly qualified professionals with years of experience in the field of dance. In addition to group classes, all our teachers offer the possibility of individual or group private classes, which can be booked at reception.

AMY
Amy Stoneman has studied performing arts and singing from an early age and was
performing in a local amateur dramatic group from before she can remember.
Now working as a professional musician and vocal coach on Ibiza, Amy is looking
forward to working with the students at Banana Drama. She can’t wait to work with the
pupils and build their confidence on the stage for group and solo projects.

EMMA
I began teaching from a young age and have continuously worked in the industry as a
choreographer and director as well as performer. I Graduated with Ba Honors from
Hertfordshire university in performing arts, as well as becoming an associate for the
ISTD in dance at the tender age of 18.
I have performed constantly over the years both professionally and with local amature
dramatic groups and local performing arts schools. My Television Credits include
adverts for kellogg’s Frosties, Nestle’s Sugar Puff, the german national lottery, Extras on
Londons Burning and Casualty. Theatre credits include playing the title role in ‘Gigi’ at
the dragon theatre company, and Abigal Williams in ‘The Crucible’ Arthur Miller, for my
A Level final performance. More recently you can find her here in Ibiza performing a
number of roles in hotels and cabaret venue keeping our much loved tourists
entertained.
I am naturally a creative person and enjoy nothing more than being part of creating new
shows and performances. I also thrive on working with children and nourishing
potential. I believe that it is the early years that pave their future and take great pride in
watching them grow and develop. I am so excited to be part of bringing this new
venture to Ibiza.
